This section is entirely located in the archipelago of Ilha Grande. It passes under one of the bridges of the Luís Eduardo Magalhães bridge complex and continues to Praia da Amizade. At the end of the route, the highlight is the high sandstone cliffs on the southern Mato Grosso bank of the Paraná River.
