Since 2008, Fazenda Tapinuã has been growing sugarcane and producing several types of cachaça: the version stored in stainless steel, the one aged in oak barrels, or those with flavors such as clove and cinnamon, limão caipira, banana, among others. The farm offers guided tours of the distillery, where visitors learn the entire production process, from planting the sugarcane through fermentation and distillation to aging the cachaça.
