Description
Juruena National Park was named after the largest river that flows through it. The Salto Augusto Falls are the only defined attraction, and visiting the park requires authorization from ICMBio. The best way to explore the park is by kayak, making stops to swim at its numerous beaches. The ideal time to visit is from May to July, and don't forget to bring plenty of insect repellent!
