Description
Parque Nacional de Aparados da Serra lies within the Serra Geral Geological Formation and covers more than 13,000 hectares. The region has distinctive terrain, characterized by deep rocky canyons whose walls can reach up to 800 m in height, on the border between the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.
