Parque Nacional das Araucárias protects remnants of Araucaria forest, and all of its attractions can be visited free of charge. The park has 4 well-marked, self-guided trails, and summer is a good time to visit, as the water is cold. The park is a true showcase for education, and the ICMBio team is very present.
