Parque Nacional da Serra da Cutia is near the border with Bolivia, and the best time to visit is in the second quarter of the year, right after the rainy season, which ensures high, navigable rivers. However, authorization from ICMBio is required to visit the park. A highlight of the park is the true aquatic labyrinth formed by the Rio Sotério, as well as its bird and mammal monitoring programs.
